- You will e-mail Nash all the relevant information that he will ask for (your health state, medication (if any), injuries, food allergies, and intolerances, your goals, etc.) and also your recent photos (front, back and side)
- You will have a 45 min. consultation (phone or Skype) with Nash
- After the consultation Nash will e-mail you a complete detailed personalised training and nutrition program
- Each week you will send Nash an e-mail update about your progress that he will look at, correct and change if necessary and send you back
- After weeks 4, 8 and 12 you will phone Nash (30 min.) and talk about eventual problems and further adjustments
- You will receive the following: The Ultimate Nutrition e-book, Fat Loss e-book, Lifestyle Change e-book, Weight Training e-book and also The Total Body Workout DVD (for men or women)
